Appointment

The cost to book an appointment with our designer at the atelier, where you will receive all the necessary guidance, is 100 USD. This amount will be deducted from the final price of the exclusive creation you choose to take or that we design specifically for you.

El costo para reservar una cita con nuestro diseñador en el atelier, donde recibirás toda la asesoría necesaria, es de 100 USD. Este monto se deducirá del precio final de la creación exclusiva que elijas llevarte o que diseñemos especialmente para ti. 
Si no decides comprar nada en el atelier o no se realiza ningún trabajo, los 100 USD no serán reembolsables. If you decide not to purchase anything at the atelier or no work is done, the 100 USD will not be refunded.

HOW TO TAKE YOUR MEASUREMENTS
We suggest checking our size chart, which provides standard measurements for our pieces. If you need more detailed guidance, feel free to contact us, we’re happy to help you find your perfect fit!

Bust:
Wrap a measuring tape around your torso, starting 1–2 inches below your armpit. Bring it around your back and meet back at the front. Make sure it goes over the fullest part of your bust.

Waist:
Locate the midpoint between your navel and the bottom of your ribcage. Wrap the measuring tape around this part of your waist to get your measurement.

High Hip:
Measure the upper section of your hips, where the hip bones start — typically 3–4 inches below the navel. Wrap the tape around this area to get your high hip measurement.

Low Hip:
To measure the lower hips, place the tape where a pant zipper would end — about 3–4 inches below your high hip — and wrap it around the fullest part of your hips.

CUSTOM DESIGNS
Currently, we are unable to create custom designs or make alterations to our garments due to production limitations. However, if you have any questions about a specific piece, reach out to us — we’d be delighted to suggest alternatives you’ll adore.
